Your Mission

 As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner and value consultant, leading enterprises on their journey toward intelligent automation. You will collaborate closely with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and orchestrating strategic initiatives to maximize the value they derive from our products and services. 
You are on the mission to drive measurable business impact, build long-term partnerships, and shape how companies realize value through AI.
You’ll work directly with business and IT executives, translate complex needs into actionable success strategies, and help customers scale AI-driven transformation across their organizations.

What you will do as a Customer Success Manager at Hypatos:
  • Be a strategic advisor: Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders and guide them toward achieving tangible business outcomes.
  • Deliver measurable value: Design and execute success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value.
  • Show impact: Lead executive and business reviews, present results, and define next-step recommendations.
  • Expand success: Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling that drive expansion and customer growth.
  • Scale excellence: Create playbooks, best practices, and processes that elevate Customer Success Management across Hypatos.
  • Voice of the customer: Channel insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our AI platform.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Solution Consulting, Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Follow trends in Customer Success, AI and automation and share thought leadership with customers and colleagues.
Dein Profil
  • We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who thrives on building impactful relationships and driving customer success. The ideal candidate should possess: 
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
    • 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting ideally in SaaS or AI solutions
    • Proven track record of creating and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies
    • Strong understanding of adoption and retention metrics and customer lifecycle management
    • Experience with enterprise-level SaaS implementations or digital transformation projects
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights
    • Passion for AI automation, process optimization, and enterprise transformation
    • Fluency in English and German is required

  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in Shared Services, Finance, and P2P environments
    • Certification in Customer Success
    • Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Document Processing
    • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
