What you will do as a Customer Success Manager at Hypatos:
- Be a strategic advisor: Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders and guide them toward achieving tangible business outcomes.
- Deliver measurable value: Design and execute success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value.
- Show impact: Lead executive and business reviews, present results, and define next-step recommendations.
- Expand success: Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling that drive expansion and customer growth.
- Scale excellence: Create playbooks, best practices, and processes that elevate Customer Success Management across Hypatos.
- Voice of the customer: Channel insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our AI platform.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Solution Consulting, Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Follow trends in Customer Success, AI and automation and share thought leadership with customers and colleagues.
