Your mission
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Revenue Ops Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Revenue Ops Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and performance of our sales team by leveraging data-driven revenue operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, ensuring seamless integration of our Salesforce CRM, and utilizing analytics to enhance sales strategies and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking of sales data and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze performance metrics, identify key insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, revenue trends, and sales forecasts.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to streamline data flow and improve data integrity across systems.
  • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process and identify opportunities to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure smooth lead generation and lead nurturing processes.
  • Support sales team training and development initiatives to enhance their understanding and utilization of Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and workflows through automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Your profile

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role.
    • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM implementation and administration.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging data to make informed business decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize sales performance.
    • Located in countries near the Eastern timezone or within Europe for easier coordination with the team.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

  • Additional Criteria:
    • Knowledge of enterprise sales processes, including Meddicc (or similar sales methodologies).
    • Familiarity with customer-centric sales approach and processes, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Ability to implement SQL queries and create Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards to extract insights from data and support decision-making processes.

  • Reasoning for Additional Criteria and Nice-to-Have:
    • Enterprise sales processes and knowledge of methodologies like Meddicc (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) are critical for managing complex sales cycles and engaging with high-level stakeholders in large organizations. The Revenue Ops Manager will be responsible for optimizing these processes to drive revenue growth effectively.
    • A customer-centric sales approach is essential in today's business landscape, where customer experience and satisfaction are paramount. The applicant's understanding of customer needs and ability to align sales strategies accordingly will contribute to the company's success.
    • Knowledge of SQL queries and BI Dashboards is beneficial as it allows the Revenue Ops Manager to access and analyze sales data in a more in-depth and actionable manner.
