Senior Implementation Manager LATAM (d/w/m)

Hypatos is developing deep-learning models to automate back office processes that require cognitive document understanding. The biggest challenges currently rely in the customization of our models for our Fortune 500 enterprise customers and integrate them into their complex ERP (mostly SAP) systems. For these challenges we are searching for experienced Senior IT Project managers within LATAM region that work in a client-facing role, understand what customer-centricity means and also have the entrepreneurial drive to build internal structures. As we are a growing and dynamic company, there is a lot to build on a green field, meaning a lot of opportunities to take and purpose in your daily work. 

Your responsibilities:
  •  Designing traditional or agile project plans that focus on customer value and fast integration delivery of our cloud solution.
  • Gather functional and business requirements from customers and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs. 
  • Design technical process designs and data models between our solution and downstream systems Design technical data point mappings from our solution to downstream systems and understand related data requirements.
  • First point of contact for our enterprise customers when it comes to the technical delivery of our product in pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Understand and lead the implementation of Hypatos products, with a focus on cloud deployments.
  • Consult and support client’s development and testing cycles while managing expectations of the client externally and internally. 
  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget, while ensuring technical success. 
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Customer Support to create and maintain strong feedback loops for customer insights.
Dein Profil
​​​​Your profile:
  •  7 + years total experience in technical project management, integration engineering, agile methodologies and working as an intersection between business and tech teams (studies in computer science or cross-functional studies such as business informatics are preferred). 
  • Understanding of and experience in designing functional and technical processes that form the basis of integration plans. 
  • Empathetic personality, understanding the objectives and expectations of the customer, with the ability to also say “No” when you see a risk of maximizing customer’s success. 
  • Being ahead of the curve, anticipating customer demands and concerns before they are raised.
  • Understanding of data transport over internet with emphasis on HTTP Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus and any other language is welcomed! 
  • Experience with legacy ECM systems such as Opentext, xSuite, Kofax or similar Experience with Web Services and data types/markup language such as JSON, CSV, XML is a plus.
  • Experience with Integration Platforms as a Service such as Dell Boomi, SAP PO/PI/CPI, MuleSoft or similar.
  • Willingness to work with EST or PST time zone
