This is a revenue-owning role where you will act as the primary Hypatos counterpart to (senior) partner stakeholders and jointly drive go-to-market strategies, pipeline generation, and enterprise deal execution.
What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic consulting and transformation partners
- Build and execute joint business plans with partners, focused on pipeline, revenue, and co-sell motion
- Develop trusted relationships with senior and executive-level partner stakeholders
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals end-to-end together with sales teams
- Enable partner sales and delivery teams to position and implement Hypatos solutions
- Represent Hypatos in executive discussions, webinars, and joint market-facing activities
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to remove blockers and accelerate deals
- Continuously improve partner performance through data, forecasting, and structured business reviews
