Your focus will be equally split between hunting/supporting net-new enterprise logos and driving AI adoption within our existing, high-value client base. Your contribution has a direct impact on closing multi-million-dollar deals
Core Responsibilities
????️ Strategic Territory Alignment & Planning
- AE Partnership: Collaborate daily with your Regional Strategic Account Executive to map the territory, rank target accounts, and build execution plans.
- Account Mapping: Research large enterprise organizations to identify key subsidiaries, business units, and legacy system pain points ripe for AI automation.
- Buying Committee Identification: Find and map key decision-makers across the C-suite, IT, Innovation/AI Leads, Procurement, and specialized business units.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute highly personalized prospecting campaigns via phone, tailored email, LinkedIn, and video touchpoints with the support of our marketing team.
- AI Value Proposition Delivery: Craft and pitch compelling, industry-specific value propositions that demystify AI technology and prove immediate ROI to corporate executives.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct deep initial discovery calls to qualify enterprise needs, digital maturity, budget timelines, and decision criteria.
- Existing Base Analysis: Review current customer accounts alongside your AE to find gaps where other AI modules, processing capacities, or user seats add value.
- Relationship Building: Prospect into new, unmapped departments within existing customer companies to expand our operational footprint.
- Internal Growth Campaigns: Run targeted campaigns to introduce existing users to advanced AI product features, premium upgrades, or next-generation capabilities.
- CRM Hygiene: Track, log, and maintain meticulous records of all activities, account structures, and intelligence in Salesforce.
- Meeting Hand-off: Coordinate smooth transitions of qualified opportunities to your AE, providing detailed briefs on executive pain points and AI readiness.
