In this role, you’ll design and own the blueprints for AI-driven solutions that don’t just read invoices or process orders—they orchestrate entire workflows, enforce compliance with scope, budget, and timelines, and continuously evolve with business needs. You will work together with GBS leaders, Solution Consultants, Product, and COE teams to ensure our solutions deliver both immediate value and long-term scalability.

Your Responsibilities 

• Solution Design & Ownership
  • Define project blueprint, including phases, scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, with a strong focus on reusable solution packaging.
  • Safeguard against scope creep and non-standard customizations.
• Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with Solution Consultants in pre-sales and early scoping to validate feasibility.
  • Liaise with COE on technical delivery, delegating routine tasks while maintaining solution accountability.
  • Work with Product to influence roadmap and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
• Customer Engagement
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions, prioritizing standard packaging.
  • Act as the technical authority during delivery to ensure solution integrity.
  • Build trust with enterprise stakeholders by aligning solutions with business and IT requirements.
• Innovation & Enablement
  • Drive adoption of new technologies (Gen AI, automation, advanced integrations).
  • Contribute to solution packaging that bridges business logic and technical implementation.

• Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, request/response, data flows).
• Comfortable working with modern tech stacks — ideally including Python for scripting or prototyping.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and agent-based solutions, with a good sense of what’s realistically possible today.
• Ability to design practical solutions that connect systems and automate business processes.
• Familiarity with data formats and querying (e.g. JSON, SQL) and how data moves across systems.
• Experience or exposure to enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, finance tools like SAP, Coupa, MS Dynamics, etc.) is a plus — but not mandatory.
• Understanding of business processes (such as Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Able to translate business needs into clear technical approaches and solution designs.
• Structured way of working, with a basic understanding of scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working across Product, Sales, and Customer teams.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent German is required.
