At Hypatos, we build vertical AI Agents that automate document-heavy, back-office workflows across enterprise functions like finance, compliance, procurement, and customer service. To scale our impact, we are looking for a Product Solutions Manager who will own and grow our portfolio of use-case-specific AI Agents.
This role bridges product, engineering, and delivery: You’ll design and build agentic workflows using our proprietary AI Agent platform, define best practices for prompt engineering, and ensure each solution delivers measurable business value. You’ll work closely with Product Management, AI Engineers, Delivery, Pre-sales, and Customers to create scalable automation solutions that transform how enterprises work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the lifecycle of our vertical AI Agent portfolio – from ideation to deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Translate business needs into intelligent automation workflows by working closely with customers, partners, and delivery teams.
- Design and implement agentic workflows using the Hypatos AI Agent platform to solve complex back-office process automation challenges.
- Engineer LLM prompts and context strategies that drive consistent, high-quality outcomes across real-world customer data.
- Measure and optimize Agent performance using our analytics platform. Identify KPIs and conduct quantitative analysis to demonstrate business value and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify product and platform gaps and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to close them.
- Collaborate on customer integrations, embedding agent workflows into real-world enterprise system landscapes (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
- Document and share solution blueprints, including use cases, business impact, prompt design patterns, and deployment learnings - enabling scale across teams.
- Champion prompt engineering and applied LLM best practices - driving internal standards and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams (e.g., Pre-sales, Customer Success) to shape repeatable solution offerings, identify new use cases and support customer rollouts.
