AI Prompting Engineer

We are seeking an AI Prompting Engineer to join our AI Delivery team and elevate our AI capabilities to new levels of accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will design, test, and optimize AI Agents for large language models (LLMs) to improve the accuracy and efficiency of document understanding and other AI-driven processes. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to develop state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate clients and internal business goals into AI solutions: Partner with customer 
    success and product teams, as well as clients to understand document-driven workflows 
    and identify key KPIs affected by these workflows, and pinpoint where AI can drive 
    efficiency, accuracy, or cost savings.
  • Craft and refine prompts for AI agents: Design, develop, and refine prompts to 
    optimize LLM outputs for intelligent document processing and other applications, 
    ensuring solutions are aligned with business requirements and deliver tangible ROI.
  • Own and evolve our AI Agent prompt library: Own our product’s prompt library 
    which is central to our product’s effectiveness and a key driver of our competitive edge.
  • Embed AI workflows into customer journeys: Collaborate with implementation teams 
    to seamlessly weave your AI solutions into current platforms.
  • Share what you learn: Document use cases, best practices, business impact analyses, 
    and lessons learned in clear business terms—so that consulting teams, project managers, 
    and end users can easily replicate and scale.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep an eye on emerging AI capabilities, tools, and market 
    trends— evaluate their potential business impact and strategic relevance, and help us 
    decide which to pilot or adopt next
Dein Profil
  • Degree in a relevant field: Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Data 
    Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics or similar.
  • Proven AI & LLM expertise: Hands-on experience with large language models and 
    prompt-engineering techniques—and the ability to deliver business value from day one. 
    A basic understanding of how large language models work is essential.
  • Experienced professional: 4+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in consulting, 
    workflow automation, or digital transformation.
  • Hands-on with technology: Comfortable running small experiments, collaborating with 
    engineers, and grasping core AI model concepts—even if you’re not writing deep 
    neural-network code every day.
  • Curious and proactive: You track industry trends, recommend new tools or techniques, 
    and aren’t afraid to pilot them with real users.
  • Great communicator: Skilled at leading workshops, writing clear executive summaries, 
    and rallying cross-functional teams around a common vision.


Nice to Have
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Experience with document-centric projects (e.g., invoice processing, contract analytics, 
    claims automation) and familiarity with business automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) or 
    IDP suites.
  • Knowledge of major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their role in core 
    business processes, particularly how intelligent document processing can 
    enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency within these systems    Experience with document-centric projects (e.g., invoice processing, contract analytics, 
    claims automation) and familiarity with business automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) or 
    IDP suites.
    Knowledge of major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their role in core 
    business processes, particularly how intelligent document processing can
