Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Partnerships to oversee and expand Hypatos’ partner ecosystem. This role will focus on scaling existing Big Four partnerships across new markets, developing distribution partnerships in secondary markets (where Hypatos does not have a direct sales presence), and building alliances with key technology ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Google, AWS).
The Director of Partnerships will own the overall partner revenue target, oversee a portfolio of partner business plans, and ensure alignment between Hypatos and its partners at both strategic and operational levels. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and a strong ability to manage multiple partnerships at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Big Four Partnership Expansion
- Scale existing Big Four partnerships into new geographic markets and verticals, ensuring alignment with Hypatos’ growth strategy.
- Collaborate with Big Four partner stakeholders to identify untapped opportunities for joint offerings and co-selling.
- Act as a strategic advisor to maintain and enhance relationships at the senior executive level.
- Distribution Partnerships in Secondary Markets
- Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners in secondary markets where Hypatos does not have a direct sales presence.
- Develop go-to-market strategies with these partners to generate revenue and expand Hypatos’ footprint.
- Ensure these partners are equipped with the necessary training, certifications, and resources to effectively promote and sell Hypatos solutions.
- Ecosystem Alliance Development
- Build and strengthen alliances with key technology ecosystem partners, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Google, and AWS.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to integrate Hypatos into their platforms and drive co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.
- Position Hypatos as a preferred solution within the partner ecosystem by aligning on joint value propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner Revenue Ownership
- Own and drive the overall partner revenue target, ensuring consistent growth across all partner categories.
- Oversee the portfolio of partner business plans, ensuring that partners are aligned with Hypatos’ revenue, pipeline, and enablement goals.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular updates to Hypatos’ leadership on progress and challenges.
- Strategic Oversight & Coordination
- Provide strategic oversight across all partnership categories, ensuring alignment with Hypatos’ broader business objectives.
- Act as the central point of coordination for internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities within the partner ecosystem and adjust strategies accordingly
