Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Account Manager with a focus on managing and growing relationships with one or more of the Big Four consulting firms. In this role, you will define and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, build a robust pipeline, and ensure partner engagement through marketing and enablement initiatives. 
This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional relationship management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to align Hypatos’ objectives with partner priorities. Success in this role will be measured by the partner's contribution to revenue, pipeline growth, and the effectiveness of marketing and enablement initiatives. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Plan Development & Execution
    • Collaborate with the assigned Big Four partner(s) to define a comprehensive joint business plan, including:
      • Revenue Targets: Define achievable revenue goals and strategies for co-selling and reselling opportunities.
      • Pipeline Development: Set measurable objectives for lead generation, deal acceleration, and new business opportunities.
      • Marketing Initiatives: Plan co-branded campaigns, events, and other activities to drive joint engagement.
      • Enablement Metrics: Ensure partner teams are trained, certified, and equipped to effectively position and sell Hypatos solutions.
    • Regularly review and refine the business plan based on performance data and market conditions.
  2. Revenue & Pipeline Management
    • Work closely with partner sales teams to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
    • Track and report on the partner’s contribution to Hypatos’ revenue and pipeline metrics, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual goals.
    • Facilitate early partner involvement in Hypatos’ sales funnel to improve forecast reliability and deal closure rates.
  3. Marketing & Co-Branding Initiatives
    • Collaborate with Hypatos’ marketing team and the partner’s marketing teams to develop and execute joint campaigns.
    • Organize partner-focused events, webinars, and content initiatives to drive engagement and generate leads.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI.
  4. Partner Enablement
    • Deliver targeted training programs and workshops to equip partner teams with the knowledge and tools needed to sell Hypatos’ solutions.
    • Oversee the partner certification process to ensure teams are fully prepared to meet joint objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing partner queries, escalations, and support needs.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Define and monitor key metrics across revenue, pipeline, marketing, and enablement activities.
    • Provide regular performance updates to both Hypatos and partner stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize partner engagement.
Dein Profil
  • Partner Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships, ideally with Big Four or large consulting firms. Alternatively, 5+ years of experience working for a Big Four or similar consulting firm.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving revenue and pipeline goals in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Business Planning Skills: Strong ability to co-develop and execute joint business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Sales Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales teams to drive joint opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Familiarity with co-marketing initiatives, including campaign design and execution.
  • Enablement Experience: Strong ability to deliver training, certification programs, and other enablement activities to partner teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and present partner performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with finance automation, AI, or enterprise software solutions is a strong plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
