(Senior) Machine Learning Engineer (d/w/m)

  • You develop and coach an international team of skilled data scientists and machine learning engineers
  • You will lead your team defining and executing new ML initiatives
  • Together with your team you will work on the core of our document understanding solution, which is currently based on an RNN
  • You will push your team out of the comfort zone to find new methods to improve the accuracy of the model
  • You work closely with the CTO and VP Product (on all parts of the application)
Dein Profil
  • A successfully completed Master in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Computer Science, preferably a Ph.D.
  • 3 years professional experience with implementing machine learning models and building pipelines and glue codes around it
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in general software engineering in Python, C, C++, Java, R or others
  • You are a leader with strong communication skills and you help others understand your vision, views and ideas
